I first became interested in environmental issues in 1990 after reading about ozone depletion and climate change in Green Magazine, ironically published by the Shell oil corporation. Since then I have followed the climate change issue closely and also given talks on the subject to community groups and schools. I began writing for Renewable Energy Magazine in September 2013 and for Water 21 Magazine in November of the same year. This in turn allowed me the opportunity to attend water industry conferences in Amsterdam and Munich, promoting Water 21 and networking with others in the water industry.
Aside from writing on environmental issues, I have covered numerous other topics in various national and international magazines which include Britain At War, The Ecologist, Heritage Railway, Rail Professional, Rail Express, Kindred Spirit, The Countryman, History Today, AtoB Magazine and others.
I have also provided written material for a range of websites and online magazines including Ask The Experts, Solar Energy Experts, Renewable Energy Focus, Bristol 24/7, Builder Guide, Solar Guide, Boiler Guide, Renewables Guide, Looking for Clues, Ceasefire Magazine, indie-music.com, Gap Medics, Asian Sunday, Energy & Environmental Management, Solar Pages, The PV Panel Guide, Find Energy Savings and Energy Sense Magazine.
